The ENSAIT Well-Being and Success Unit
Individualised approach
Addressing students’ physical and mental health concerns, as well as any other difficulties that may hinder their personal development. The individualised approach aims to assess each situation in depth, proposing appropriate solutions and redirecting students to professionals or specialised structures where necessary.
Group actions
Collective actions such as conferences, workshops and discussion groups are organised to tackle crucial issues relating to theschool environment, inclusion, addictions, gender-based and sexual violence, nutrition, sleep, etc.

The well-being and success unit is open to ENSAIT students at the following times:
- Tuesdays from 8.30am to 12.00pm
- Thursdays from 8.30am to 12.15pm and from 1pm to 4.15pm
- Friday 8.30am to 12.15pm and 1pm to 4.15pm
